The toll-free number for the HPRP is 800-453-3784. For more information,\u00a0<a title=\"Opens in a new window\" href=\"http:\/\/hprp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">visit the HPRP website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Toll-Free Dementia Help Lines Available<\/h3>\n<p>Help is available to individuals suffering from forms of dementia such as Alzheimer&#8217;s disease, Huntington&#8217;s disease, or Parkinson&#8217;s disease.<\/p>\n<p>The Michigan Dementia Coalition has created three individual toll-free help lines for individuals suffering from these diseases and families and friends who may be caring for them.
