Gadioli has spent nearly 23 years working in the correctional system and her experience has taken her from working within Macomb County Jail, to supervising misdemeanor probationers in downtown Detroit, and now to managing a very busy probation department in Northeastern Macomb County. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in psychology and social relations from Michigan State University.
