This training can be taken directly on the<a title=\"Opens in a new window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/Outreach-and-Education\/MLN\/WBT\/MedicareFraudandAbuse\/FraudandAbuse\/story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0CMS website through the Medicare Learning Network<\/a>\u00a0or through Delta Dental, which provides the same exact training module. CMS mandates that its content not be modified.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Fraud, Waste and Abuse and General Compliance Training, Section 6401 of the Affordable Care Act requires that a \u201cprovider of medical or other items or services or supplier within a particular industry sector or category\u201d shall establish a compliance program as a condition of enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children\u2019s Health Insurance Program.
